GAME HOST
Due to the enormous traffic in our Escape Room in Rotterdam, we are looking for an extra employee who can work (mainly) in the weekends.
Especially on Saturdays and Sundays we are regularly short of hands.
Experience as a host, hostess, customer service and/or technical skills is a plus but not absolutely necessary, a cheerful and open attitude is!
The working hours are flexible according to the principle of 'self-scheduling'.
Your tasks will include welcoming customers to the reception area, explaining the procedures, answering questions, providing refreshments, monitoring and guiding the group of players from the control room and going over 'your' group's experience afterwards. You will also have to reset the escape rooms to make them ready for the next group and occasionally handle a hoover and a mop.
The groups usually consist of 3 to 8 people.
Our last time slot is 22:15 / 23:15 so a working day lasts until 23:45 maximum. You are never alone during the weekends. Good command of the Dutch and English language is necessary.
Our escape rooms can be played in Dutch and English, so the hosting should be able to accommodate this as well.
Live Escape is easily accessible by public transport.
