Reactor 3: A nuclear power plant on the verge of exploding, a team of specialists, and exactly 60 minutes to prevent a disaster. Reactor 3 is our most intense escape room: intense time pressure, technical puzzles, and a scenario that keeps you on your toes until the very last second.
Mine Rescue: Deep beneath Hoog Catharijne lies a forgotten mine. Robin went down and never came back. You have 60 minutes to descend, find your way, and make it back to the surface safely together. Playable in Dutch and English.

At Live Escape Utrecht, you’ll pay between €22 and €44 per person, depending on the group size. The larger your group, the lower the cost per person. Our prices vary depending on the day and time. Our escape rooms in Utrecht can accommodate 3 to 8 people per room. With three rooms available, we can welcome groups of up to 24 people at a time. Do you have a larger group? Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to see what we can arrange.
Our escape rooms in Utrecht are intended for players 16 years of age and older. Mine Rescue is open to players as young as 12. Younger visitors are welcome as spectators but cannot actively participate in the game. Do you have questions about whether our escape rooms are suitable for your group? We always recommend making a reservation in advance, especially on weekends. Our rooms are often fully booked, and we’d hate for you to have traveled all the way to Utrecht for nothing. You can quickly and easily book your time slot using ourreservation tool.
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your game starts. That way, you’ll have the full hour in the escape room. In our waiting area, you can relax, have a drink, and get in the mood. Please keep in mind that if you arrive late, it will cut into your playtime!
Absolutely! Escape rooms are one of the best ways to get to know your coworkers in a different way. The time pressure ensures that everyone speaks up right away, works together, and thinks creatively. Live Escape Utrecht also offers special packages for company outings. Cancellations or changes can be made free of charge if you notify us at least 7 days in advance. Would you like to cancel with less notice? Please call us at 085-13 07 430. The cancellation fee is €70 per game. Rescheduling the game to another date within 4 weeks costs €25. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full amount will always be charged.
