We are very happy to welcome you again and to make sure your visit is as safe as possible we have taken several measures:

– First and foremost: Stay home if you have any symptoms. The Dutch government specifies the following symptoms: nasal cold, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, difficulty breathing and a fever.

– Listen to the instructions of our employees. They know how to make your visit as safe as possible.

– Your are expected at Live Escape 5 minutes before the game starts, so we can start the game right away. Make sure you leave as soon as possible after the game ends. In that way we can make sure you don’t run into other groups.

– Our employees will always keep a 1,5 meter distance from you.

– We adjusted the starting times of the games so there is enough time to clean the rooms in between groups. When you play a game, the room will always be clean.

– We made sure you can disinfect your hands when you enter our building. This is mandatory.

– If you want to, there are enough facemasks and gloves available for you.

– You can choose to pay online or pay by card on location. If you want to pay by card, only one person is allowed to pay.

– Please use our toilet as little as possible.

– Unfortunately our bar is closed and we do not serve drinks before or after the game.

Of course, the general Dutch measures also apply at Live Escape:

– Always keep a 1,5 meter distance between each other

– Avoid touching your face as much as possible

– Sneeze or cough in your elbow.

If you have any further questions, you can always email us at Info@LiveEscape.nl or call us on 085-13 07 411.

FAQ

Are we welcome at Live Escape?

Definitely, we are very happy to welcome you again. However, we do expect you to stay home if you have any symptoms. The Dutch government specifies the following symptoms: nasal cold, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, difficulty breathing and a fever.

Can we keep a distance of 1,5 meter inside the escaperoom?

Our escaperooms are big enough to keep 1,5 meter distance from each other. We trust you to respect this distance. An exception is the Boilerroom: you can play this room as 1 team or as 2 teams and every team must consist of 1 household.

What can we expect from your employees?

Our employees will do their best to make sure your visit is as safe as possible. They will always keep a 1,5 meter distance from you and will ensure a hygienic environment by disinfecting their own hands regularly and clean everything as much as possible. It is very important to listen to their instructions carefully, so your visit will be as safe as possible.

Do you clean the rooms?

Yes, we do. We adjusted the starting times of the rooms in a way that provides us with enough time to clean the rooms in between groups. Therefor if you play an escaperoom, the room is always clean.

Will we encounter other groups during our visits?

We adjusted the starting times of the room in a way that minimizes the chance of you running into other groups. However, it is important that you will be at Live Escape 5 minutes before the game starts and don’t stay too long after the game has ended, so we can facilitate this in the best way possible.

Are we allowed to visit with a big group?

We can allow a maximum of six people per escaperoom. Of course you can visit us with more people, but you will have to divide the group over multiple escaperooms. When you choose to do this, it is very important that each team will be at Live Escape 5 minutes before their own game starts. It is not possible to gather at Live Escape with multiple groups at one time, so make sure the teams are divided beforehand. It is also not possible to wait for the other groups to finish their game. In that way we can make sure it will not get too busy and everyone can still keep their distance from each other.
